Super-Quick Oat Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 x eggs
  • 25 g oats
  • ½ tsp sea salt flakes

Method

  1. Whisk the eggs combine with the oats.
  2. Take a spoonful at a time and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Squeeze the dough into thin, round shapes - the thinner, the crispier the crackers will be.
  3. Top with sea salt and bake in the middle of the oven at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes. Flip the crackers and bake for another 3 minutes. Allow them to cool and crisp up on a cooling rack.
