 - ½ tsp salt
 - 1 clove garlic
 - 1 x egg yolk
 - 1 x olive oil
 - ¼ x lemon

- 101 / 5000 Translation results Fry potato peel in oil until golden brown at the edges. Cool on paper and sprinkle with salt.
 - Make aioli by adding finely chopped garlic, egg yolk, olive oil and lemon juice in a cylinder glass where there is room for an immersion blender.
 - Use the immersion blender to mix the aioli. Start from the bottom and work gently upwards until the aioli becomes thick and gets a light yellow color. Be careful not to mix too much or too fast, as it may become too thick or separate.
 - Serve potato peel chips with aioli.
