- You can make these small pies with the leftover vegetables, meat leftovers, chicken leftovers or cold cuts that are about to expire.
- Thaw puff pastry sheets for 20 minutes and roll them out a little. Cut each plate in half.
- Finely chop what you have of leftover vegetables, cold cuts or meat. Add together with eggs and cheese in a bowl, and season with spices of your desire.
- Place the puff pastry plates in a muffin tin, and distribute the batter in each individual plate. Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
