Poke Bowl

ingredienser

  • 100 g sushi rice
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ⅓ tsp sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 100 g salmon of sashimi quality
  • ¼ x mango
  • ¼ x avocado
  • ½ x spring onion
  • ⅕ x cucumber
  • 1 tbsp pickled ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

fremsgangsmåte

  1. Boil sushi rice according to the instructions on the package, and season with rice vinegar, sugar and salt.
  2. Slice the salmon, mango, avocado, cucumber and spring onion and layer in a bowl with the rice as pictured.
  3. Serve with pickled ginger and soy sauce.
