This is a non alcoholic version of the classic cocktail Cosmopolitan. It's one of my favorite mocktails, so refreshing and perfectly balanced between sweet and sour.
Every taste is different. Adjust the sweet/sour taste to your liking by increase/decrease simple syrup/lemon juice.

Simple syrup can easily be made at home by adding half and half of water/sugar to a pot, bring to boil, and let boil until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely before use. 100 g water and 100 g sugar will give about 1 dl simple syrup. Use freshly squeezed orange juice and lemon juice.
If you don’t have a cocktail shaker you can use a large glass jar with a lid. Use whole ice cubes when shaking the mocktail and crushed ice for the glass. Orange twist can be made by cutting off a long strip of orange peel and then twist it like a spiral. I use orange syrup fram the brand Monin but any orange syrup can be used.

Garnish with an orange twist.
