How about a fresh blueberry smoothie packed with lots of great flavor and antioxidants? You need a blender, a food processor or an immersion blender to make this. If you want, you can replace the coconut milk with any yoghurt.

- 2 dl frozen blueberries
- 1 dl coconut milk
- 3 dl apple juice
