
Ingredients
- 3 handful fresh basil
- 30 g walnuts
- 8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 g fresh spaghetti
Method
- Add fresh basil, walnuts, extra virgin olive oil, nutritional yeast and garlic to a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. If you follow the weekly menu, set aside 1/2 the pesto. Store in the refrigerator.
- Prepare the spaghetti as shown on the instructions of the package.
- Mix the pesto to the spaghetti and enjoy! Note: Sprinkle some cheese over the spaghetti if you have. Taste amazing with this dish.
