Mango Nicecream

Product placement. Mango Nicecream! Enjoy this super delicious plant-based sorbet/ice cream! This beats anything in the heat. I have used turmeric from Purasana Norway.

Ingredients

  • 2 x banana
  • 2 x mango
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • ½ x lime

Method

  1. Use frozen fruit. Add banana, mango, lime juice, ground ginger and turmeric to a blender and process until the ice cream is completely smooth. If you have some fresh lemon balm or mint, feel free to add this top the tasting experience. Place the ice cream to the freezer for a couple of hours before serving.
