Ingredients
- 100 g frozen peas
- ½ handful fresh mint stalks
- ½ handful parsley
- ⅒ x lemon
- ½ handful toasted seeds
Method
- Chop the herbs (minced or coarsely – it’s up to you) and combine with the peas in a bowl. Right before serving, squeeze over the lemon juice mix well. Sprinkle the seeds on top and serve.
