Green Goddess Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 dl cabbage
  • 1 x spring onion
  • ⅛ x cucumber
  • ⅛ x green apple
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • ⅛ x lime
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 handful tortilla chips

Method

  1. Thinly slice the cabbage, cucumber, spring onion and apple and add to a bowl.
  2. Make a green dressing by mashing garlic, avocado, coriander, olive oil, lime juice and salt in a blender. Add to the chopped veggies and mix well.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
