Spicy Wok with Shrimp

ingredienser

  • 1 dl rice
  • ¼ x cabbage
  • ½ x red onion
  • 1 tsp chipotle salsa
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 250 g shrimps

fremsgangsmåte

  1. Boil rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Thinly slice the cabbage and red onion, and wok in a pan until the cabbage begins to soften.
  3. Add soy sauce and chipotle salsa, stir well, and let it simmer to allow the flavours to come together.
  4. Peel the shrimp and add to the wok once it looks almost finished. Cook with the shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice.
