Gluten-free Waffles

ingredienser

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 x eggs
  • 4 dl gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp butter

fremsgangsmåte

  1. Whisk together sugar and eggs before adding milk. Add the dry ingredients, and stir until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.
  2. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes before you fry them in a waffle iron with butter.
  3. Serve warm with berries, yoghurt and honey.
