Ingredients: 0.5 dl crème fraîche; 1 clove garlic; 1 tbsp pizza seasoning; 0.25 tsp salt; 0.5 pack tortillas; 0.33 pack prosciutto; 1 x nectarines; 0.5 x red onion; 100 g cheese

½ dl crème fraîche
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp pizza seasoning
¼ tsp salt
½ pack tortillas
⅓ pack prosciutto
1 x nectarines
½ x red onion
100 g cheese

Start with the white pizza sauce. Mince the garlic and add to a bowl with creme fraiche. Season with pizza herbs and salt. Set aside.
Slice ham, red onion and nectarine.
Spread the sauce across the tortilla surfaces and top with cheese, ham, red onion and nectarine. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees celsius for about 5-10 minutes.
