Spaghetti Bolognese

ingredienser

  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ x yellow onion
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • 400 g diced tomatoes
  • 100 g spaghetti

fremsgangsmåte

  1. Boil spaghetti in salted water.
  2. Mince the garlic and onion and fry in a frying pan until the onion is soft.
  3. Add the minced meat and cook until it's almost done before adding the basil and diced tomatoes. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Season the meat sauce with salt and pepper and serve with spaghetti.
