- ½ x eggs
- ½ dl heavy cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 slices bread
- ½ handful strawberries
- ½ handful blueberries

- Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt and cinnamon to a bowl.
- Cut the bred into thick sticks and dip into the batter.
- Fry the bread in a frying pan on all sides until golden brown. Use lots of butter.
- Serve with blueberries, strawberries and a drizzle of powdered sugar.
