Fish Cakes with Coleslaw and Sweet Potato Fries

Tilberedning

1. 1

For this dinner we'll be using the rest of the leftover coleslaw from in the weekly menu.

2. 2

Cut the sweet potato into slightly thicker-than-fries fries (they shrink when baked). Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in the centre of the oven at 225 degrees celcius for 15-20 minutes.

3. 3

Cook the fish cakes in a pan until golden on both sides.

4. 4

Serve the fish cakes with sweet potato fries, leftover coleslaw and ketchup.
