
Baked brie is a snack and with freshly baked bread or focaccia, everyone will love this! The melted cheese together with crunchy honey-glazed almonds is a dream! You judge the amount of cheese based on how many people you will make the dish for. It is best if the cheese is whole when you bake it, otherwise it will float to the outside. About 100g of cheese per person.

- 4 dl plain white flour
- ¼ pack dry yeast
- ½ tsp sea salt flakes
- 2 dl lukewarm water
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 125 g brie
- 1 handful baby leaf salad
- 1 x clementine

- If you don't have bread at home, you can make a delicious focaccia. Mix together wheat flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm water in a bowl. Knead for about 10 minutes. Set the oven to 50 degrees and place a cloth over it so that you can raise the dough in the oven. About 30 minutes.
- Take out a suitable baking dish. Then cover this with baking paper and grease it with olive oil. Drop the dough in and add more olive oil and sprinkle with flaked salt. Then you push this lightly into the dough with clean fingers. If you have fresh herbs, olives or leftover cheese, this can be a wonderful flavor addition. Sprinkle over what you have.
- Bake the focaccia for about 20 minutes in the oven. And turn up the heat to 225 degrees and bake for 25 minutes for the bread to have turned golden in color.
