Troll Cream with Norwegian Lingonberry

• 2 dl lingonberries
• 1 dl sugar
• 1 x egg white

fremsgangsmåte

1. Add lingonberries, sugar and egg whites to a bowl and whisk with a food processor for about 10 minutes until the berries are crushed and the mixture has turned to a light pink foam.
2. Serve in glasses.
