Parmesan Chips

  • 4 tbsp parmesan

  1. Grate parmesan and create little piles of the grated cheese on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees celsius for about 5 minutes, until the parmesan has melted and has a nice golden colour. Cool on a wire rack.
