Looking for a cheap dinner with delicious taste? Look no further – Pea soup tastes really good! If you have a small leftover splash of white wine in the fridge, it works very well as a flavoring here. ;) In Norway, it is very popular to serve pancakes as side to this dish. - 1 clove garlic
- ½ x yellow onion
- 5 dl water
- 1 x vegetable bouillon
- 350 g frozen peas
- ½ x lemon
- 2 tbsp sour cream

- Mince the garlic and onion. Heat a pan with butter and fry the onion until soft.
- If you have a pint of dry white wine, this is the perfect time to use it. About 1 dl per serving.
- Add water and vegetable bouillon. Bring to the boil and simmer until the bouillon cube has dissolved.
- Add frozen green peas and bring to a boil. Then simmer for 5 minutes before taking the pot off the stove. Pour over the squeezed lemon juice and blend the soup with an immersion blender. Serve immediately topped with a dollop of sour cream and olive oil.
