Chili Con Carne

ingredienser

  • 1 dl rice
  • 200 g kidney beans
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • ¼ x lime

fremsgangsmåte

  1. Note: In this recipe, we are using a meat stew and mango salsa that were made earlier this weekly menu.
  2. Boil rice according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Warm up the meat stew over the stove and add canned kidney beans at the end.
  4. Serve with mango salsa, sour cream, cilantro and lime.
