Baked Root Vegetables with Prosciutto

ingredienser

  • ¼ x cauliflower
  • ¼ x swede
  • 100 g prosciutto

fremsgangsmåte

  1. In this recipe we use cauliflower and swede, but feel free to use any root vegetables you have on hand.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bouquets and the swede into strips. Twist the prosciutto around each vegetable piece.
  3. Bake in the middle of the oven at 220 degrees celsius for about 20 minutes.
