Toast with Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese

ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 25 g smoked salmon
  • 1/2 tbsp dill
  • 25 g cream cheese

method

  1. Toast bread in a frying pan with butter.
  2. Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes, mince the dill and mix with cream cheese in a bowl.
  3. Top the toasted bread slices with the cream cheese mixture.

Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Omelette

ingredients

  • 2 x eggs
  • 1/4 dl milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 25 g cream cheese
  • 25 g smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 2 slices bread

method

  1. Whisk eggs, milk and salt in a bowl and pour into a hot frying pan with butter or oil.
  2. Add smoked salmon and top with dill toward the end.
  3. Serve the omelette with toast.
  4. Top the omelette with a few dollops of cream cheese and cook under a lid for about 12 minutes.
