- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1/2 dl sour cream
- 1/4 x red onion
- 50 g ham
- 50 g cheese
- 3 x tortillas
- 25 g rocket
- For this dinner we'll be using half of the leftover pineapple from earlier in the weekly menu.
- Mince the garlic and add to a bowl with sour cream. Stir, and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the red onion, pineapple and ham and grate the cheese.
- Spread the sour cream across the tortillas and top with grated cheese, red onion, ham and pineapple. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with rocket.
