Super tasty and budjet friendly snacks made of white beans. Works great in salads or topping on soups as well.
- 1 pack white beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp red pepper powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Rinse the Beans in water and dry with a kitchen towel.
- MIx the Beans in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Distribute over a baking sheet.
- Put in an oven on 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes. They are finished when they start to pop like popcorn.
