- 1 dl heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 4 x oatmeal cookies
- 25 g dark chocolate
- 50 g raspberries
- In this recipe we use Norwegian ‘Havreflarn’, but you can use any Christmas cake leftovers you have. Sweet Christmas cakes such as gingerbread and Norwegian ‘Krumkaker’ ,fit nicely in this recipe!
- Whip heavy cream and sugar.
- Coarsely chop the ‘havreflarn’ and dark chocolate.
- Find a nice glass, and add crushed oatmeal cookies, dark chocolate and whipped cream in layers until there is no more left. Top with raspberries.
