Note: we are using leftover lentil filling that were made earlier this weekly menu.
- 4 x tortillas
- 50 g grated cheese
- 1/2 handful rocket
- 1/4 dl 35% fat sour cream
- 2 tbsp taco salsa
- Spread the lentil filling over a tortilla. Top with grated cheese and another tortilla, and fry in a dry frying pan on medium heat on both sides until the tortilla has turned golden. Repeat until there's no tortillas or filling left.
- Serve with rocket, sour cream and salsa.
