Vegetarian Lasagna Soup

Vegetarian Lasagna Soup


  • 200 g vegan mince
  • 6 x lasagna sheets
  • 1/4 pack spinach
  • 100 g cheese


  1. For this dinner we'll be using the tomato soup leftovers from earlier in the weekly menu.
  2. Cook the vegan mince in a frying pan.
  3. Heat tomato soup in a saucepan. Crush the lasagna plate sinto smaller pieces and add to the soup, along with the vegan mince. Bring to a boil while stirring continuously for about 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the spinach and cheese until the spinach has shrunk and the cheese has melted.
