Vegan Hot Chocolate

ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt flakes
  • 2 1/2 dl oat milk

method

  1. In this recipe, we use maple syrup as a sweetener, but you can use the sweetener you want or have available.
  2. Whisk together the cocoa, maple syrup and flaxseed salt in a saucepan.
  3. Dilute with oat milk, over medium heat until it starts to simmer. The hot chocolate should not boil.
  4. Serve hot.
