- 1 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt flakes
- 2 1/2 dl oat milk
- In this recipe, we use maple syrup as a sweetener, but you can use the sweetener you want or have available.
- Whisk together the cocoa, maple syrup and flaxseed salt in a saucepan.
- Dilute with oat milk, over medium heat until it starts to simmer. The hot chocolate should not boil.
- Serve hot.
