Turkey Sauce

ingredients

  • 5 dl turkey broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp plain white flour
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 dl red wine

method

  1. If you have made roasted turkey, you have turkey broth. If not, you can use another broth. Brown the butter in a saucepan. Add flour and fry.
  2. Add turkey broth, soy sauce, red wine. Let it simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
