- 1/2 x red onion
- 1 x celery sticks
- 1/4 x green apple
- 1 1/2 dl sour cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 x clementines
- 200 g leftover turkey
- Dice red onion, celery and green apple.
- Mix the chopped vegetables in a bowl with sour cream, mayonnaise and the juice of clementine.
- Tear up fried turkey leftovers and ad to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper, and leave the batter in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. Then the flavors have time to settle, and the turkey meat will not taste dry.
- Serve the turkey salad with warm baguettes, rolls or toast.
