Tuna Pizza with Your Favorite Topping!
It's a bit unbelievable that a pizza made from tuna, oats and eggs can be so good 🤩 The brain behind this pizza base is queen @lindastuhaug 👈👑 I don't understand how she came up with it, but I think it's so good that more people have to test it ! The recipe is taken from her blog lindastuhaug.no, and you can choose the topping according to your favourite!

ingredients

  • 170 g tuna
  • 1 x eggs
  • 70 g oats
  • 1 tbsp pizza seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper powder
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 100 g cheese
  • 30 g salami
  • 10 x cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 handful rocket

method

  1. Set the oven to 200 degrees celsius.
  2. Combine the tuna (including the water in the can), egg, oatmeal, pizza seasoning, garlic powder and paprika powder to a baking bowl.
  3. Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper. Ca 2 cm thick.
  4. Pre-bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 15-20 min, or until it is golden.
  5. Add topping of your choice and return to the oven until the cheese has melted. I mix tomato puree and ketchup for pizza sauce and top with cheese, salami and cherry tomatoes. When it's done, I like to add a little ruccola.
  6. Dressing: Mix kesam and rosemary to a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
