Truffle Fries with Super Delicious Parmesan Mayo

ingredients

  • 4 x potatoes
  • 2 tbsp truffle oil
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 dl mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp parmesan
  • 1/2 x lemon

method

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 0.5 cm thick strips. Put the potatoes in cold water and let them soak for 30 minutes.
  2. Dry the potatoes well and toss them in oil, salt and pepper. Bake in the Cosori AirFryer at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, pressed garlic and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
