Love Your Leftover Tomato Soup with Spaghetti, Serrano Ham and Parmesan!by Pia Haugseth
- 300 g fresh spaghetti
- 4 dl tomato soup
- 50 g parmesan
- 1 handful fresh basil
- 100 g serrano ham
- Boil water with salt and add the spaghetti. With fresh spaghetti, the cooking time is 3-4 minutes. Save some of the pasta water.
- Heat the tomato soup in a saucepan and add a little pasta water if necessary.
- Mince the serrano ham and fresh basil. Grate parmesan. If you don't have serrano ham, you can use any ham, fried bacon, fried chicken or if you want to fry up some vegetables, it's very good. Check your fridge, and use what you can find!
- Mix everything together and season with pepper and salt. I like to top with a little more parmesan! Learn to love your leftovers with Sulten!
