- 3 x eggs
- 1/4 dl cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 10 g parmesan
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- Whisk together eggs, cream and salt.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, and add the egg mixture. Use a spatula to scrape the bottom of the frying pan so that you fry the scrambled eggs evenly.
- Serve with grated parmesan and chili flakes.
