The World's Best Mashed Potatoes

ingredients

  • 5 x potatoes
  • 1 dl sour cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Norwegian Gastromat spice

method

  1. If you buy new potatoes, you can leave the skin on. Boil the potatoes until tender. Do not overcook. Rinse the water and let the potato rest in the pan over low heat for 2 min.
  2. Mash the potatoes together with sour cream, butter, salt, pepper and Gastromat.
