• 1 x tortillas
  • 1 x carrots
  • 1 handful cabbage
  • 1 handful cucumber
  • 1 handful red cabbage
  • 2 dl kidney beans
  • 1 handful lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Satay Sauce


  1. Chop up the cabbage, carrot, pepper and cucumber into small pieces before mixing in two tablespoons of peanøttsaus with the vegetables in a bowl.
  2. Rinse the kidney beans free of brine and mash them with a fork before adding two tablespoons of peanut sauce. Mix it all together.
  3. Fill the wrap with all the ingredients.
