Sugar-free Rice Cream with Delicious Berry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ dl heavy cream
  • 200 g rice porridge
  • 75 g frozen raspberries
  • 75 g frozen strawberries
  • 1 dl water
  • 1 tbsp sugar free and stevia mix powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp sugar free and stevia mix powdered sugar

Method

  1. Rice cream: whip sweetener and whipped cream. Add porridge until you get the consistency you want.
  2. Delicious berry sauce: boil strawberries, raspberries and water in a saucepan until the berries are soft and warm. Mash without lumps with an immersion blender. Season with sukrin + according to how sweet you want the sauce. Cool.
