Ingredients
- 1 ¼ dl heavy cream
- 200 g rice porridge
- 75 g frozen raspberries
- 75 g frozen strawberries
- 1 dl water
- 1 tbsp sugar free and stevia mix powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar free and stevia mix powdered sugar
Method
- Rice cream: whip sweetener and whipped cream. Add porridge until you get the consistency you want.
- Delicious berry sauce: boil strawberries, raspberries and water in a saucepan until the berries are soft and warm. Mash without lumps with an immersion blender. Season with sukrin + according to how sweet you want the sauce. Cool.
