Strawberry Coconut Ice Cream

ingredients

  • 500 g frozen strawberries
  • 3 1/2 dl coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar

method

  1. Add strawberries, coconut milk, honey and vanilla sugar to a powerful blender and blend to a smooth and creamy mixture.
  2. The ice cream can be eaten as is or it can be frozen. If frozen, thaw the ice cream for 20-30 minutes before serving.
