- 500 g frozen strawberries
- 3 1/2 dl coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Add strawberries, coconut milk, honey and vanilla sugar to a powerful blender and blend to a smooth and creamy mixture.
- The ice cream can be eaten as is or it can be frozen. If frozen, thaw the ice cream for 20-30 minutes before serving.
