This refreshing little salad is my go-to salad in the summer. Can be served with grilled food, a side dish for fish and meat or for lunch or breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 handful plum tomato
- 1 handful strawberries
- 1 handful fresh basil
- 1 pinch vegetable seasoning with seaweed from lofoten
- 1 tsp balsamic syrup
Method
- Dice the tomatoes and strawberries. Add them to a bowl and combine with minced fresh basil, vegetable seasoning and balsamic syrup.
