Strawberries with Lime Sugar and Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 x lime
• ½ dl sugar
• 10 x strawberries
• 1 scoops ice cream

Method

1. Grate the green on the lime and add it to a mortar. Add sugar and crush it together to make a zestful tasting experience.
2. Divide the strawberries into 4 and place them in a serving bowl. Add a ball of ice cream on top and sprinkle with the lime sugar. Serve immediately.
