Spring Rolls with Chicken and Orange Soy-Dip


  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1/2 x red chili
  • 1 x orange
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 75 g chicken breast
  • 1 x carrots
  • 2 x spring onion
  • 1/4 x broccoli
  • 1 dl water
  • 6 x rice paper


  1. Mince the garlic, ginger and red chili. Add to a bowl together with the juice of an orange. soy sauce, sugar and sesame seeds. Mix well.
  2. Cut the chicken into strips and brown the chicken in a frying pan. Add half of the sauce and fry till the chicken is fully cooked through.
  3. Cut carrot, spring onion and the broccoli stem into strips.
  4. Boil the water and add to a deep plate.Dip the rice paper to the water, transfer to your kitchen counter and top with chicken and veggies. Wrap it up, and repeat until you don't have any chicken og veggies left.
  5. Fry the spring rolls in a frying pan with oil on both sides till they turn golden.
  6. Serve with the rest of the sauce.
