
Ingredients
- 40 g chorizo
- 50 g feta cheese
- 100 g spaghetti
Method
- For this dinner we'll be using the leftover tomato and red pepper soup from earlier in the weekly menu.
- Boil spaghetti according to instructions on package.
- Dice the chorizo and fry in a frying pan. Add the tomato and red pepper soup, and let it simmer for a few minutes until heated.
- Fold the spaghetti into the sauce and top with feta cheese.
