Snickers Bliss Balls

ingredients

  • 120 g peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp almond flour
  • 4 tbsp sukrin sugar free gold syrup
  • 100 g sugar free dark chocolate
  • 100 g peanuts

method

  1. Add peanut butter, almond flour and sugar syrup to a bowl and knead to a firm dough, if necessary adjust with more almond flour if the dough is too wet, or more peanut butter and sugar syrup if the dough is too dry.
  2. Roll about 10 balls and place to a plate. Set aside to cool in the fridge.
  3. Melt the chocolate over a water bath or in the microwave.
  4. Dip the peanut bliss balls into the melted chocolate and place them on a plate preferably lined with baking paper.
  5. Add the peanuts to a blender until the peanuts has a crunch to it.
  6. In the crushed peanuts, roll the snickers bliss balls.
  7. Store in the fridge.
