Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 x eggs
  • ΒΌ dl milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 25 g cream cheese
  • 25 g smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 2 slices bread

Method

  1. Whisk eggs, milk and salt in a bowl and pour into a hot frying pan with butter or oil.
  2. Add smoked salmon and top with dill toward the end.
  3. Serve the omelette with toast.
  4. Top the omelette with a few dollops of cream cheese and cook under a lid for about 12 minutes.
