- 2 x eggs
- 1/4 dl milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 25 g cream cheese
- 25 g smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp dill
- 2 slices bread
- Whisk eggs, milk and salt in a bowl and pour into a hot frying pan with butter or oil.
- Add smoked salmon and top with dill toward the end.
- Serve the omelette with toast.
- Top the omelette with a few dollops of cream cheese and cook under a lid for about 12 minutes.
