Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie
You know when you want something sweet and savory, but don't want to make a huge batch? This one's for you! If you don't have cute mini frying pan like the picture, you can just use a small form or just make one big cookie right on a baking sheet!

ingredients

  • 110 g chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt flakes
  • 25 g dark chocolate

method

  1. Set the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Add everything to a bowl except chocolate. Mix with an immersion blender until smooth. Add the chopped chocolate.
  2. Pour into a small form or place the batter to a backing sheet as cookies Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
  3. Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy with, for example, a glass of milk or a scoop of ice cream.
