You know when you want something sweet and savory, but don't want to make a huge batch? This one's for you! If you don't have cute mini frying pan like the picture, you can just use a small form or just make one big cookie right on a baking sheet!
- 110 g chickpeas
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch sea salt flakes
- 25 g dark chocolate
- Set the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Add everything to a bowl except chocolate. Mix with an immersion blender until smooth. Add the chopped chocolate.
- Pour into a small form or place the batter to a backing sheet as cookies Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy with, for example, a glass of milk or a scoop of ice cream.
