Simple Chocolate Mousse


  • 1/2 dl milk
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar free and Stevia mix powdered sugar
  • 1 dl heavy cream
  • 1 handful strawberries


  1. Add milk, chocolate, cocoa and sugar free sweetener to a saucepan. Heat on low heat while stirring until everything is melted together. Cool.
  2. Whip the cream and invert to the cooled chocolate mixture.
  3. Pour into serving glasses and place in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight.
  4. Top with fresh berries and preferably a little extra chocolate pieces.
