Scrambled Eggs, Bacon and Avocado

ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon
  • 2 x eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 dl milk
  • 1/2 x avocado

method

  1. Cook the bacon in the oven. Place the slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 220 degrees celsius for about 12-15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs together with salt and milk. Next, pour the mixture into a frying pan over medium heat with a knob of butter and stir as it cooks. Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan right before they're finished. This ensures the best possible scrambled eggs!
  3. Serve the eggs with bacon and avocado.
