Salmon Ramen

ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1/2 x chili
  • 2 x carrots
  • 1/2 x red onion
  • 100 g salmon fillet
  • 50 g teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 x vegetable bouillon
  • 5 dl water
  • 100 g noodles
  • 1/4 x lime

method

  1. Mince the garlic, ginger and chili and cut the carrots and red onion. Feel free to use other vegetables you have in the fridge. If you follow the weekly menu and have leftover cabbage, you may add it to the dish.
  2. Dice the salmon fillet.
  3. Fry garlic, chili and ginger in a saucepan with a little oil or butter. Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for a few minutes until the onion is soft.
  4. Add the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and pepper and simmer for about a minute before adding the vegetable bouillon, water, salmon fillet and noodles.
  5. Let it cook for about 5-6 minutes, until the salmon and noodles are cooked through.
  6. Serve with fresh lime juice.
